Cagiada.

The context
Four venues and four personalities — pizzeria, pastry shop, gelateria and restaurant — under one name, all in the Monza and Milan area. The classic risk when a business grows this way is speaking with four different voices and diluting the brand; or flattening everything and losing what makes each venue itself. What was needed was a single way of communicating that could hold the differences together.
What we do
Website with online booking, graphic design, social, consulting and influencer management: the group’s entire digital ecosystem, coordinated so that each venue stays recognisable inside one identity. The pace is the real pace of hospitality — relentless, seven days a week — and the audience is a demanding one that writes its opinions down: reputation and review management is as much a part of the job as the content itself.
Why it matters
Because multi-venue communication is a discipline of its own: every choice has to be thought through four times and published once. And because it shows the kind of ongoing work we prefer — not a site delivered and forgotten, but a channel that lives every day, with the bookings coming in through it.
"The client's own words go here — a real quote, gathered for the purpose."
