Creator & Talent

We put a face to it. Yours.

Campaigns work when there is a real person in front of the camera. That is why we work with creators and influencers from the area — and why we help those who want to become one start off on the right foot.

01

Apply to the roster

Are you a creator who wants to work on real projects?

We keep a list of local creators to involve in our clients' campaigns: video, social content, events, UGC. When there is a project that suits you, we call you. Applying is free and commits you to nothing.

02

You need an agent

Your numbers are growing and the admin is eating your time?

Negotiating with brands, calendar, contracts, content, numbers read properly: we act as the point of reference for creators who want to do this seriously. Terms are agreed case by case, with no exclusivity imposed on you.

First meeting free: bring us your profiles and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
03

Start off on the right foot

Are you a professional who wants to be there, but properly?

Opening and setting up profiles for professionals and business owners: visual identity, bio, first pieces of content, training on how to use them. We hand them over ready and teach you to run them — or we run them for you.

The package also covers what not to do: half of personal branding is avoiding the mistakes of the first few months.
04

Grow your sales network

Do you need salespeople, agents or networkers — and a serious way to find them?

For companies with a sales network to grow, we build the full recruiting path: an application page, a guided selection process, presentation materials and onboarding for new salespeople. You run the interviews; we run the pipeline.

Communication is always transparent and compliant: we talk about the product and the path, never about promised earnings.

Are you a company? Whether you need a face for a campaign or a sales network to expand, the starting point is the same: one point of contact, the brief handled by us, and people who are genuinely selected.

Let's talk
Roster application

Tell us who you are.

Numbers matter less than you think: for local campaigns, a small but genuine audience is worth more than a large, cold one.

Application sent. Thank you: we will look at your profile properly and, if it fits the projects we have running, we will write to you. Either way, we keep it for the next campaigns that suit you.

Applying costs nothing and commits nobody — neither you nor us. If your profile suits a project, we get in touch.

How it works
1. You apply
2. We look at your content (the real thing, not just the numbers)
3. When there is a project that suits you, we call you with a clear brief and a clear fee
What we look for
Real people from the area, well-crafted content, reliability. Brianza first of all, but not only.
Transparency
No promises of followers or fame. Real work, paid, with written briefs.

Frequently asked questions.

I have few followers: is it worth applying?
Yes. For local campaigns, authenticity and a real connection with the area count more than numbers: a creator with 2,000 genuine followers in Brianza can be worth more than one with 100,000 scattered everywhere. If you are starting out, tell us: it is information, not a flaw.
What does it mean that you act as an "agent"?
We manage your relationship with brands: proposals, negotiations, contracts, calendar and content where needed. The terms — fees, percentages, duration — are agreed in writing case by case. We do not ask for exclusivity as a starting condition.
I am a professional, I do not want to "be an influencer": is this for me?
The third track is designed exactly for you: we open and set up the right profiles for your profession, with a well-crafted identity and the first pieces of content ready. Then you decide: run them yourself (we train you) or hand them to us.
How much does profile set-up for professionals cost?
It depends on how many channels you need and how much material has to be produced (photos, video, bio, first posts). The quote is fixed and clear before we start — and the first conversation, as always, is free.
