Cookie

Few cookies, and we explain them.

This site uses no profiling cookies. The only tool with non-technical cookies is Google Analytics, which tells us which pages are actually useful — and it starts only if you accept it in the banner.

Technical cookies

The site only uses what it needs to work, and installs no cookies to track you. Your banner choice is stored in your browser (local storage, nothing sent to third parties) so we do not ask again on every visit: it lasts 6 months, whether you accepted or declined. If in future we enable anti-spam protection on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), it may use a technical cookie for the sole purpose of telling people apart from bots.

Cookie-free analytics

To understand how many people visit the site we use Vercel's aggregated statistics: they use no cookies, do not identify people and do not follow you around elsewhere. That is why they need no consent. With the same tool we count, in aggregate, how many people click WhatsApp or the phone number: a number, not who you are.

Google Analytics: statistics, only if you accept

If you accept in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read, where visits come from (search engines, social media, links) and how many people contact us from which page. It helps us improve the site, not find out who you are: we do not combine this data with your name, email or anything else you send us.

Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last 13 months (we shortened Google's 2-year default). Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, so this data is not used for advertising. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address. Detailed data is kept in Analytics for 2 months (the shortest option), after which only totals remain.

Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Google's script loads only after you click "Accept": with "Necessary only" nothing starts. Google Ireland Ltd processes the data as our processor; data may be transferred to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework. Details in Google's privacy policy.

You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, cookies already set by Google can be deleted from your browser settings.

Google Maps, only if you ask for it

On the contact page the map does not load by itself: you see the address and a button. Only if you click "Load the map" is Google's service loaded, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Alternatively, there is a link to open the map directly in Google Maps.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with our number, with a pre-written message you can edit or delete before sending. Until you send, nothing reaches us. The conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

If anything changes

If we introduce other tools that use non-technical cookies, the banner and this page will be updated beforehand.
